Spiritual Life Development

We believe that God does “not [wish] for any to perish but for all to come to repentance” (2 Pet. 3:9 NASB) and that, “building up the Body of Christ [requires that] we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.” (Eph. 4:12b-13 NASB) Therefore we believe that our mission to transform lives by making Christlike disciples in our community is not complete until we have done our best to bring every disciple in our fellowship to maturity in Christ.

Through Spiritual Life Development we seek to glorify God and obey Jesus Christ by discipling disciple makers, purposefully nurturing adult believers to maturity in their walk with Jesus Christ through a comprehensive program of graduated curriculum designed to prepare believers…

• To express love for God through heart, soul, mind, and strength by practicing a balanced expression of faith through Head, Heart & Hands.
• To love their neighbors as themselves by practicing Biblically sound relational skills.
• To take an active part in God’s kingdom locally and globally by putting faith into practice according to Biblical principles.
• To become disciple makers equipped to disciple others.
